yea its totally true. I was front and center for phish on two separate occasions and found myself thinking that.

I was going through cleaning out my t-shirts and I found a shirt my parents bought me in high school. It's dark blue, with a bright green snail on it and underneath the snail it just says "Slacker". I think i might wear it to an UM show sometime.
