Moved from 3.5 as I think it helped some peeps out.

"Opeum.net" - This is a work in progress to get all the FLAC files from the Archive uploaded in tagged .mp3 format.  If you aren't able to convert FLAC files to .mp3s and want to hear older UM, check this out.  Big thanks to thenaes (formerly Naediel) for this.

"LastManSwerving's Mediafire" - this is a mediafire shared folder that contains .mp3s of many older shows from the Archive that are only available in FLAC.  These are all legally tradable SBDs from the pre UMLive days.  Big thanks to LMS for this.

The Archive - This is where legally-traded UM recordings reside.  Most are AUD sources, but the l"matrix edition" link is for matrices.

The Archive - "Matrix Edition"  This link contains most *not all* of the KB matrices that are on the Archive. 

UM Podcasts - If you're missing a podcast, or want to check out some original "mix projects" this is where to start.

Umphrey's Guitar Tabs - This site has most UM tabs, and even goes so far as to post BB's and Jake's gear rigs.  See if you can pull off #5.  Make sure to thank Puddy40 for his efforts on this.

Also, couldn't really come up with a good place for this, so this should do... If you're looking for an old thread from the bort, start with the link below.  The last backup we have is from August 2008, but the best threads (clownshoes drinking pee, steve kimock's in-store, etc.) are from before then anyway.

I'm thinking we need a lyrics section, since all was lost on the old umphreaks site.  I can compile the few that I have on the tabs site, but with all the people on this board, I am sure we can delegate and get this done pretty easily.  We just need someone to organize it, make a thread and have people volunteer which songs they want to do.

I have almost all the lyrics from the bort in a cvs file and the rest in various txt/email/word files as I was the admin for the lyrics page for the last few years.  Feel free to contact me if you want some help compiling them.

Every 2001 show that is available on the Archive is now on the spreadsheet.  V0 vbr mp3, fully tagged.  Last 3 shows just uploaded.

Dude, you got on top of that something fierce over the last couple of weeks.  Thanks for all your hard work.  Now I have to go through my itunes and complete what I'm missing.

No problem!  Its not too bad, I have this whole system where it really only takes a couple clicks per show to get it all ready to upload.  

I use DownThemAll for Firefox to download all the shn/flac files, then when those finish I convert them all to mp3 using dbpoweramp, then put them into foobar2000 with the Live Show Tagger addon and it reads the text file and auto-tags the whole show.  Then just rar the shows up.
