I am meh about the new features, its all about e-peen and not about a better viewing experience for those paying. I'll definitely participate I'm just not into customizing my avatar so he can look super heady in a crowd of other avatars

I love the idea of the camera choice thing. I would leave it at full stage view at all times unless there is a solo or something where i want to key in on someone. If this beta thing isn't that then lets get a movement to get that going on over there

Absolutely love this idea, too. I hate most concert videography with a passion. Why oh why do they jump around so much? Phish is the absolute worst when it comes to that. Iclips is a little more restrained about jumping, but they do have a knack for zooming in on Bayliss or Joel when Jake is shredding away, unfilmed

THIS CAMERA CHOICE IDEA IS THE BEST IDEA IVE HEARD ON THE BORT IN YEARS.  I just want to watch Kris the whole time, everyone's had a chance to ride the rail and stare at everyone's hands besides Joel and Kris.  I would KILL to have a drumcam live show the whole show.

Seeing them at Westbury Music Fair in Long Island, Summer '10 was awesome for this reason. It was a rotating, in-the-round stage and I was front row for the first set. So as it rotated I got to have an up close and personal view of each of the members for about a minute at a clip (and then at times it would stop and I'd get a few minutes with said band member in front of me).

That being said, as cool as this was, it was very odd sound-wise because I'd hear the amps louder than the venue's PA, so for instance when Jake was in front of me I'd hear him like 5x louder than everyone else. And especially when Kris was in front of me, it seemed like I was only hearing drums. Kind of took me out of the experience a little bit, and even though the set list was awesome on paper I don't recall any improv that blew me away that night.

Really?!

Robot World > vox stew
Sweet Sunglasses > N2F reprise
Solid encore Wife>Glory>Soup

Yeah that show was fucking phenomenal. The Haunt had a pretty sick jam too. That return to Fancy was amazing.

A little late on responding here... I will def have to re-listen to this show! I might have just not been in the zone that night, it happens...
