Next to catshot, that JO opener is my favorite....

Cummins Lies used to be my favorite, but the 12.29 opening JO has taken its place.

The new untzy intros they have been playing (Mayan, 2.10) are pretty damn good though.

Not going to lie, a Front Porch or Wizard would have tore down Rams Head Live.  Can't complain after that second set though.  HEAT!!!

What the fuck is bayliss saying in this maimI lyrical stew? I like it but it sounds half like drunk babble. Hope they clean it up and try it again soon.

^ I dunno, I really enjoyed it just now.  One of my favorite pieces of improv from that run (I'm pissed I didn't go to this show)

sounds like this to my ears:

cus it always seems to get better
do all these things even matter?
we all begin with a similar skin
and we'll baaah breeehm...

and we always seems to feel better
do all those things even matter?
cus we all begin with a similar skin
and we eeeeh aaahh breh....

do all these things really matter?
cus it always seems to get better
we all begin with a similar skin
and weeeee baaaaah ring...

i really enjoyed that stewart. the end of it really builds and builds, faster and faster, around that little lyrical theme. reminds me of the skyline stew that made spires. hope they flesh this one out.

The Tinkle's, HBB and MV>Lyrical Stew>Higgins are why I see this band.  The back part of the second set falls off a little from the rest of the show (standard Plunger and Uncommon>Hangover is kind of underwhelming to me, especially in light of of what was planned) but this is one is definitely a keeper.  Sunday throw down for sure!

While most of this show isn't my style in terms of the jams.... This Ringo is incredible.   (and HBB and Higgins)
