How many tickets do you guys think are sold for this?  Also, about how long are the quarters?....how long for the entire game if show time is 630?

IIRC last year it was like 500 tickets.  The quarters are usually about an hour, so not quite as long as a normal set.  The set breaks are also shorter than usual.  You can find the start and end times for each quarter in last year's setlist thread http://www.thebort.com/index.php/topic,2391.0.html

Anyone in the area have any hotel recommendations?  Just booked my flight today and trying to get sleeping arrangements set if I can't get a spot on a friend's couch.

This thread is also becoming a good resource for good stews that I've managed to miss.

It's a fairly chill place.

some adventurous UMPhreak should compile a list of all of the stews that are a consensus with this thread so it is easier to read.  I also want to check out any stews that I don't readily recognize on paper.

It looks like Park West is "tiered", or at least has a balcony.  Are sightlines pretty good towards the back of the venue for "vertically-challenged" people like my wife?  Looks like we are probably going to do this.

Rick - there really isn't a bad seat in the house and with them not filling it to capacity, its pretty much the most comfortable UM show you may ever attend. Last year I raged the bottom tier and I NEVER rage the bottom tier due to the whole butts to nuts aspect of UM shows.

There's an upper left and upper right balcony.
I recall the bar being on the right side.

See ya there Rick!

They also have tables that line the small tier that wraps around the floor. You might have to reserve them ahead of time but I'm not sure. I'm sure someone here is more familiar with Park West than myself and it will undoubtedly be the most comfortable UM show you will have been to. See you there Rick!
