5/23 2x2
6/1 Plunger

Not even the jam of that set, imo. Attachments jam gets my pick from that show, but I'm a sucker for Jake on keys.

6/1 Plunger isn’t very good IMO. And the peak just seems to be a worse version of the uplifting part of 2/15 Plunger.

That Attachments is def sweet. Would add that to the list as well. I don't think any of these three jams are JOTY but they deserve consideration imo.

2/15 Plunger is overrated

Seriously that jam isn't a funk jam or a dance jam why would I ever relisten to it

The peak in the 3/29 Plunger is better than the 2/15 version...but the discordant evil metal jam in the 2/15 puts it over the top.

Fir, and maybe 2x2 are the only real candidates from RRX IMO. 2x2 is probably a hair short but still one of my favorite jams of the year so far.

as for the front porch from rrx... I would say it will make it into HOF 2019.  The jam was both sentimental and uplifting, it was really nice. The waterfalls midway was a little gimmicky lol... but definitely a lot of fun given the placement and context.  Overall I would say it was not interesting enough to be joty

Yeah, listened back on the plane home. Not JOTY material. But you know what, fuck it! It was my first FP...also first one at red rocks. Uplifting as fuck. I literally cried during that jam. Then they played waterfalls and made me look like a bitch. Whatever. Love that jam

RRX Fir does get pretty close to hitting my top 5 of the year. That dance jam is just so satisfying to me. The bounceback into it from the metal part is so buttery, even if they didn't keep it going for very long after that.
